Hi All,
I'm adding pictures to these three items. As it turns out reflow needs
nothing on line length because the line length SC takes care if it. I
inserted Alastair's language on necessary configurations that require
2-d scrolling to line length.

Computer code displays are not configurations that require 2-d
display, and I will provide 2 techniques for HTML / CSS to do it.
