Low Vision Task Force: Work for this week

All,
To make the most efficient use of time on the calls, please add comments to
Github. Create new issues if you think of one while writing comments. Let's
see if we can get some of these resolved before the call.

Some of the work items are "plain" issues and you can just add comments in
the comment box at the bottom of the linked page.

Others, marked as "pull request" below, take a bit more work. When you
follow the link you will see come comments related to the pull request. You
will also see 3 tabs above the comments (Conversations, Commits, and Files
Changed). Select the "Files Changed" tab to see the current wording and the
proposed change in context. After reviewing the proposed changes, if you
want to make comments, select the "Conversation" tab above the HTML. Add
comments in the comments box at the bottom of the Conversation tab.
