Re: Minutes: LVTF telecon 21 Oct 2015

Hi Jim and all,

I've updated the 10 use cases, which I wrote by removing the proper
names from the tag lines as we decided to do on the call today to help
make the use cases more consist. Other ideas for improvement would be
appreciated.

Sorry to miss the second half of the call. As I indicated on the
"Availability for Upcoming LVTF Teleconferences" survey I needed to
drop off early as I had an Accessible Online Learning Community Group
meeting starting at the top of the hour. Michael Cooper suggested I
join that group for WCAG coordination. Digital Learning Materials is
in the WCAG charter and another potential WCAG extension on the
horizon.
