The question came up on the call yesterday regarding whether we should include environmental field loss such as the loss of fields caused by closely looking at something, by using bioptics, or by the user zooming in as issues/causes rather than as outcomes of a visual impairment. After considering this I would recommend keeping this type of field loss as a cause of challenge rather than an outcome. In my opinion outcomes of field loss would be items such as * Loss or reduction of perspective of whole page/view * Decreased ability to understand the visual relationship of items, e.g. o Labels with form fields o Table header cells with data cell, etc. * Dizziness or other symptoms of quickly moving through items in a small field.
