[CFP]: Invitation to Participate in BIKE Challenge (TEXT2KG Workshop, ESWC 2026)

The BiKE 2026 Workshop invites submissions of original research papers
focusing on innovative approaches to *biochemical knowledge
extraction*, *natural
language processing*, and *semantic technologies*. The workshop aims to
bring together researchers and practitioners working at the intersection of
life sciences and artificial intelligence.
*Scope and Topics*

We welcome high-quality contributions including (but not limited to):

   - Information extraction from biomedical literature
   - Named entity recognition in chemistry and biology
   - Relation extraction (e.g., bioactivity, species, compounds)
   - Knowledge graph construction and enrichment
   - Semantic web technologies in life sciences
   - Machine learning and deep learning for scientific text mining
   - Ontologies and linked data for biochemical domains
   - Applications of AI in drug discovery and bioinformatics
