SHACL shapes for DCAT?

Hi all,

I wonder if there are SHACL shapes somewhere that describe the DCAT ontology
<https://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-dcat-3/>. I know there are several application
profiles for DCAT that come with shape graphs, but I haven't been able to
find SHACL shapes for DCAT itself. Are they publicly available somewhere?
