Not sure if you mean this, but the converter is live online
https://chowlk.linkeddata.es/index.html

For diagrams.net you can use it online or  the desktop version. To include
the library in diagrams.net go to "File -> Open  library From -> URL" then
paste https://chowlk.linkeddata.es/resources/chowlk-library-complete.xml

If you refer to having the converter  linked from diagrams.net online
version, I'm afraid that is not possible due to diagrams.net security
constraints. We have a prototype of the connection but only for the desktop
version for now.
