This workshop at the International Semantic Web Conference 2022 (ISWC 2022) seeks original articles describing theoretical and practical methods and techniques for fostering, querying, and consuming the Data Web. Topics relevant to this workshop include -- but are not limited to -- the following: § Representing and Storing the Web of Data as Knowledge Graphs o Efficient representation o Indexing o Caching and replication o Storage techniques o Real-time data warehousing from Web data § Querying the Web of Data as Knowledge Graphs o Centralized, decentralized, federated, and distributed o Source selection o Lightweight Linked Data interfaces o Web streams processing o Big Data techniques o Entailment regimes o Read and write queries o Linked Data documents and embedded Linked Data o Query relaxation and rewriting o Spatial Knowledge Graphs and GeoSPARQL querying § Benchmarking the Web of Data as Knowledge Graphs o Benchmarks o Ranking o Measures and metrics o Performance evaluation § Integrating different sources o Querying non-Linked Data sources o Combining public and private Linked Data o Querying personal Linked Data stores § Query languages for the Web o Domain-specific query languages (e.g., temporal and spatial queries) o Alternative languages for representing and querying the Web of Data o GraphQL applications and optimizations *Important Dates* Workshop papers submissions - Monday 29 August 2022, Hawaii time Notification - Thursday 29 September 2022, Hawaii time Camera Ready Submission - Thursday 6 October 2022, Hawaii time Publication of Proceedings - After the main conference. *Submission Information* All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome: *Long papers (up to 16 pages)*: Presenting novel scientific research pertaining to querying the Web of Data *Short papers (up to 8 pages)*: Position papers, System, Library, API and Dataset descriptions, relevant to the topics of interest. *Demo/Poster papers (up to 4 pages)*: Describe a demo or poster of a tool on the workshop topics. Submissions must be in English formatted in the style of the Springer Publications format for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). We accept PDF submissions as well as HTML submissions in RASH ( https://github.com/essepuntato/rash) or dokieli ( https://github.com/linkeddata/dokieli). Papers should be submitted through the EasyChair system https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=quweda2022 no later than Monday 29 August 2022, Hawaii time. Submissions will be reviewed by members of the workshop program committee.
