[sorry my university email mangles URLs making working on RDF & XML rage inducing] The use of Location is interesting here as it's NOT the location is this case, it's the address of the indicator. Plus you've not *created* the resource, you've defined an indicator to a resource. It's petty but these semantics are hard. Patterns make me nervous and I would rather be explicit. The only time I'm OK with using a pattern is in your own empire when you define all the URIs and URLs, for other people's data you shouldn't assume.
