All,

I suggest a query that samples classes (entity types) and instances,
across named graphs bearing in mind that Virtuoso (SPARQL service in
question) is a Quad Store [1].

Query Text:

SELECT DISTINCT SAMPLE (?entity) as ?entitySample COUNT (1) as
?entityTypeCount ?entityType ?g
 WHERE { GRAPH ?g {?entity a ?entityType. FILTER (!
CONTAINS(STR(?g),'virt')) }}
GROUP BY ?entityType ?g
ORDER BY DESC (?entityTypeCount)

types across a Virtuoso Quad Store
