Maybe, if filling in the data on datahub.io <http://datahub.io/> human-operated UI if a problem, that you do some combination of these:

- provide a human-readable description of the linked data you want
- provide a machine description of the linked data you want (in shacl for example or an RDF form language)
- Auto-generate a UI for people who want a UI
- Run a solid server to store people’s input
- Take your existing UI and port it to solid
- Also scoop up any remote data people put on their own servers in the same vocab
