[ANN] iRap - an interest-based RDF update propagation framework release v0.1

[apologies for cross-postings]

Dear all,

We are glad to announce the first public release of the iRap -
interest-based RDF updAte Propagation Framework.
iRap propagates interesting parts of updates (i.e. changesets) from a
source to a target dataset.
It enables applications to subscribe to relevant datasets and consistently
reflect the necessary changes locally without the need to frequently
replace the entire dataset (or a relevant
subset).

iRap features includes:

   - Declarative definition of interest expressions using SPARQL basic
   graph pattern
   - Tracking changeset releases from remote/local dataset
   - Changeset propagation from multiple source dataset to a target dataset.
   - Supports propagation to TDB datasets and SPARQL 1.1 Update enabled
   endpoints

This is the initial release of iRap and we are working on improvin and
adding extra features to support diverse ways of changeset publication and
tracking. We welcome your feedback on features and improvements!
