Hi Sarven, This example http://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-3-319-09846-3 shows that we are capable of producing HTML for conference proceedings in computer science. As producing HTML out of HTML seems easier:) (than from LaTeX or Word) I would assume that we only need a significant amount of authors using HTML to start accepting HTML for camera-ready. As for submissions - that's another matter, the conference organizers would normally decide on which submission format to use and which conference management system to use. Springer does not impose such choice on the organizers.
