A lot of projects could just start exposing basic LDF servers in a very cheap way. I'm implementing this myself in The DataTank [1]. I'll tell you when the implementation is there, although this shouldn't stop you of experimenting with implementing something on top of RDFa pages or on top of SPARQL endpoints yourself!
