Hello Yury, There is also the Engage project, for public data http://www.engagedata.eu/. It supports all kind of data formats, but specially for CSV it offers some more advanced capabilities. It has an open source engine based on python+django. https://github.com/epu-ntua/opencolibri Cheers, Michael Petychakis. In Blue Brain Project we're now searching for the platform to store the data related to the experiments. The format will be mostly CSV, but the names of the columns will be taken from the onology. I think our use case is similar to the Open Data projects. What software can you recommend? So far I've found the following platforms: CKAN<http://ckan.org/> DKAN<https://drupal.org/project/dkan> Socrata Open Data Portal<http://www.socrata.com/products/open-data-portal/> DSpace<http://www.dspace.org/> Wikibase/Wikidata<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Wikibase_Repository> Semantic MediaWiki<http://semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Semantic_MediaWiki> Callimachus<http://callimachusproject.org/> Dataverse network<http://thedata.org/DVN-software> iRODs<http://irods.org/> Cheers, ----- Yury Katkov
