Some of you may surely know about Hacker News, https://news.ycombinator.com/, right? It's a fundamental community for probably any computer scientist willing to get some relevant news about programming, data formats, interoperability, startups, etc. Nonetheless, there's very little talk about RDF [1] or Linked Data [2] on this site. As a computer scientist RDF is a quite elegant solution that enables interoperability between datasets, but it doesn't seem used within the startup community, or perhaps within the hacker community in general. What's your opinion about the very little talk about these technologies within this community? 1. https://hn.algolia.com/?q=rdf#!/story/forever/0/rdf 2. https://hn.algolia.com/?q=rdf#!/story/forever/prefix/0/Linked Data
