Great stuff, Leigh. After convertingyour Turtle file into RDF/XML(ORDS.owl, attached file), the ontology opens and behaves nicely in Protégé. Since it would be valuable to have ODRS in Linked Open Vocabularies (http://lov.okfn.org/dataset/lov/), I am copying this to Bernard.
