All, Let's put Linked Data to use by building a federated directory of Linked Data oriented products and services. All we need to do is publish this information using Turtle documents. The pattern is basic, just create a file and publish to a Web accessible location. Note, services like Dropbox, Amazon S3, Microsoft SkyDrive, Box.NET, Google Drive etc.. take the following distractions out of the loop: 1. domain ownership 2. dns server access and admin privileges 3. http server access and admin privleges 4. URIs patterns for entity names. The steps boil down to: 1. Create a Turtle document 2. Save to public folder 3. Post a message here or on Twitter, G+, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.. about your application 4. Done -- the Web will do the REST! Here's our contribution: 1. http://virtuoso.openlinksw.com/data/turtle/ -- currently a little out of date since it needs to include URIBurner (free Linked Data middleware service), ODE (free brrowser extensions), and our HTML and iOS5 Certificate generators that include WebID watermarks re. verifiable identity etc.. -- Regards, Kingsley Idehen Founder & CEO OpenLink Software Company Web: http://www.openlinksw.com Personal Weblog: http://www.openlinksw.com/blog/~kidehen Twitter/Identi.ca handle: @kidehen Google+ Profile: https://plus.google.com/112399767740508618350/about LinkedIn Profile: http://www.linkedin.com/in/kidehen
