Here's a simple guide for the demo re. Microdata based structured data 
islands, using Google Chrome:

1. Install one of the many Microdata extensions for Chrome
2. Goto the demo page at: 
http://rdface.aksw.org/new/tinymce/examples/rdface.html
3. Click on the "settings" button from the app. toolbar ; set 
"annotation format" to Microdata; enable DBpedia Spotlight and a few 
other NLP extractors and then save
4. Click on the "Automatic Content Annotation" button (this is left side 
of the "settings" button
5. Click on the Submit button which will return an HTML document that 
includes a Microdata based structured data island based on schema.org terms.

By step #5 your Microdata browser extensions will indicate discovery of 
Microdata, so just click an view.
