Sorry for cross-posting] Dear all, It is a pleasure for me to announce, two *FREE linked data/open vocabularies events*: Linking and Opening Vocabularies (LOV) Symposium & SKOS-2-HIVE Workshop (in Spanish and English). Look here below the information regarding the two events. Looking forward to have you in sunny Madrid, in June Eva Méndez *18 June, 2012, LOV symposium. *A day long-symposium to address challenges, solutions, and research specific to linking and opening vocabularies on the global web. Participation is free and open to all attendees, presenters, and general participants/viewers. Registration is required. Attendance can be in person or virtual. *Call for Participation: http://klingon.uc3m.es/hive-es/wiki/index.php/Symposium-en *Registration: http://lov-skos-2-hive.eventbrite.es *19 June 2012, SKOS-2-HIVE workshop* (in Spanish and English). The SKOS-2-HIVE workshop targets the use of semantic web technologies for representing and describing collections using multiple controlled vocabularies.
