Hi, I recently stumbled upon this, which might be related: http://lin-clark.com/universities-rdf-process We had a similar RDF conversion process at our University http://od.fmi.uni-leipzig.de/ which offers data in an OntoWiki. Although, it might not be exactly what you are looking for it is close, I guess.
