SPARQL-FED and Dynamic Pivot Collections etc..

New batch of PivotViewer demos covering:

1. PivotViewer Pages generated dynamically from Virtuoso SPARQL 
endpoints that support SPARQL-FED
2. Use of SPARQL-FED to issue queries across SPARQL endpoints (just as 
you would re. distributed SQL across disparate RDBMS data sources via 
ODBC or JDBC Data Source Names using Virtuoso) .
