It's great to have all this interest in the CKAN RDF! I'll try and
answer the latest questions here.

Here's a sample SPARQL query for the CKAN store, showing packages with
the 'health' tag:

PREFIX foaf: <http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/>
PREFIX dc: <http://purl.org/dc/terms/>
SELECT ?name ?subject
WHERE
 { ?x foaf:isPrimaryTopicOf ?name .
  ?x dc:subject "health" }

My previous post gives a de-referencable URI for the records in the
