Hello, This is true, we do link to bbc.co.uk/music/artists in our foaf.qdos.com FOAF builder, which allows people to create/edit their FOAF profile (which we either host [as linked data] or export to webdav,flat file, etc to be hosted at the user's preferred location). But, I am guessing this particular instance of linkage would fall under the umbrella FOAF bubble in the cloud. The QDOS -> dbpedia links are specific to the qdos.com/user part of QDOS which we use to maintain a list of people (~100,000), and their online presence.
