I think the address type is out of scope for the Core Location Vocabulary. That means you would have to use other vocabularies to indicate the address type. For example, I see that the vCard ontology <http://www.w3.org/TR/vcard-rdf/> has properties Home and Work that can be used to distinguish home and work addresses. And the Organization Ontology <http://www.w3.org/TR/vocab-org/> can be used to distinguish between the site of an organisation and its registered site (both of which can have an address). I don't know of a vocabulary that has a collection of address types, but if there is it would be great if someone can share it on this list.
