Hi Ghislain, according to ftp://ftp.conservatoire-du-littoral.fr/Public/BIOTOPE_Etang_de_Vic/BDTOPO_dep34_2012/BDTOPO_2-1_SHP_LAMB93_D034_ED122/SUPPLEMENTS/IGNF.xml it seems as if it is the same as urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG::5755 (vertical CRS in French Guiana: NIVELLEMENT GENERAL DE GUYANE (NGG) 1977). Not sure why they also came up with that code 400016000.
