Dear Oscar,

We had the finish the vocab and you can browe the data using this simple
lookup/describe app [1] (hint: the autocompleete works when typing a
minimum of three characters) on top of the RDF- dataset. (*)
IGN-France will publish the data as-it-is in their server. But yes, you
can use the URIs that are stable of the
formhttp://data.ign.fr/id/ignf/crs/{IDENTIFIER}. E.g: For WGS84, the
URI is http://data.ign.fr/id/ignf/crs/WGS84G, and I swear will be stable
for quite some years from now ;)
A machine readable version of the vocabulary is avaible at
http://bit.ly/1tSegtq.
I'll be curious to know if the current data covers your use-case.
Cheers,
Ghislain
