We (EURECOM) are member of both community groups. Krzysztof Janowicz <jano@geog.ucsb.edu> is the chair of the "Geospatial Semantic Web" who just announced another Geo VoCamp [1]. This CG has 26 participants. In contrast, the "Locations and Addresses" has 35 participants. There are 8 participants in common.
