Property "geographic identifier" in LOCN (was: Re: ISA Core Location Vocabulary)

Thanks for raising this issue, Oscar.

"Geographic identifier" is actually one of the terms in the LOCN voc with
some open issues - the other two being locn:Geometry and locn:addressId.
And this is why they have been marked as unstable.

As explained in the corresponding usage note [1], the purpose of this term,
and of giving to it a specific label, was to explicitly denote a specific
type of (possibly HTTP) URI reference, i.e., the one denoting a location.
This of course can be expressed by using @rdf:about and/or rdfs:seeAlso
(which can also be used to specify additional location URIs). Using "see
also" as a label might then be equally misleading.

Any suggestion on how to address this issue? Should this term be modelled
differently?
