Correction for time of first meeting

Hi all,

Just quick FYI. I've scheduled our first official call for the Loading and
Control API community group. I made a mistake with my first calendar
invite. The updated/correct time should be: *6pm CET (Paris/Europe Time) on
Tuesday 30th September.*
