Hi Jon, Thanks very much for the review. This is very much relevant, and no doubt your general points will have to be considered, even beyond the relevant tech section. Re. the specific comments, I think they do represent a useful start. I am not the editor of that part, but I think that if you've got more (especially, if you've already noted them down somewhere) it would be welcome.
