Re: Web NDL Authorities from National Diet Library of Japan

Hi, thanks for adding NDL Authorities to the CKAN groups. I'll try to
add link information to other datasets.

The terms and conditions page of the Web NDL Authorities [1] says that
the service can be used without permission as long as non-commercial
and attributed to NDL, so it's virtually under the Creative Common's
NC-BY license (though not explicitly stated as CC).

For full data dump, the NDL representative told me that it was
difficult at this moment due to legal constraints. It would be
possible to have non-commercial grand with written permission through
contact form [2] (English would be OK thought the page is in
Japanese).
