I have an open question for today's teleconf, how should we proceed with
this kind of comments that are not  directly related to the UC report itself
but to the clusters or individual use cases. I believe this comments should
be reflected on the cluster level (and maybe then in the summarized
scenarios in the report) as we have no time to add them as individual use
cases right?

Again, these seem like ammendments to the individual use cases. Should I
reflect it in the use cases or should the uc owners?
