Certainly the fact that http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/contributor does not have a defined range makes this very easy. It should be noted that this has been asserted http://purl.org/dc/terms/contributor rdfs:subPropertyOf http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/contributor [1] So, if you were to use "http://purl.org/dc/terms/contributor", then "http://www.idref.fr/026877813/id" would have to be of type dct:Agent. But, if you use "http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/contributor", you don't have to make/accept that assertion.
