wiki transition

The tools page reminded me to double-check whether anything else should be moved to the public wiki.

Here's the list of all pages on the XG-editable one:
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/lld/wiki/Special:AllPages

Here are the pages that have been moved, based on the main LLD page of the public wiki [1]:
* events
* publications
* presentations
* tools

* library terminology
* semantic web terminology

* library data in semantic web formats
* library data resources
=====================

This seems pretty good! I only found three things that haven't already been moved, that we could consider moving -- and they're not full pages.

First, the vocabularies sections 2-7 from this page:
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/lld/wiki/Vocabularies
Not sure whether the vocabularies report supercedes that? Or whether it's useful to have in a bare form like this as well?

Similarly, the list of web services from this page:
http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/lld/wiki/Web_services_on_LLD

Third, the a section on the "levels of granularity" of library metadata -- is this on the public wiki somewhere? (I know related content has been moved):
