Call for use cases: Library linked data

For the Call for use cases, here is a description of the Pode project at
Oslo public library. The Pode project is originally an intiative from
Biblioteklaboratoriet (The library laboratory) and the Norwegian authority
for archives, libraries and museums.

Documentation on the project is regrettably mostly available in Norwegian
