We're involved in some other areas of healthcare + JSON-LD as well, and have built EHR systems in the past. Like Markus, we're very busy, so if you have questions, please be specific and targeted w/ them. "Does this minimal JSON-LD Context X applied to this FHIR JSON data Y look sane?" is better than "Hey, can you guys look at this 50 page document and let me know what you think."
