I've completed my implementation of the LC version of JSON-LD API, and have an EARL report at [1]. I haven't released the gem yet, as there are some issues running on versions of Ruby other than version 1.9.3 which I'll work on over the weekend. The gem is in the public domain, available at [2]. I've also updated the current version of the JSON-LD implementation report at [3].
