Hydra: Building Web APIs with JSON-LD

Hi all,

since a lot of people on this list are probably interested in using JSON-LD
for Web APIs, I think it makes sense to announce the Hydra Community Group I
started a little while ago.

Hydra is a small, lightweight vocabulary defining the concepts needed when
creating a hypermedia-driven Web API. We are just slowly getting started
(yeah, it's summer) but there's already some running code and a draft
specification.
