Robin had sent this message to the Web Payments Community Group, but it
applies to this CG as well. I have updated all of the specs to use the
newest version of ReSpec and the CG templates that Robin had mentioned:

Note that the JSON-LD Syntax and the JSON-LD API specs now use the
"Final Community Group Specification" templates as they await review by
the RDF WG.
