So I would just propose to drop "Semantic" Web altogether. +1 We have a project name and vision combo [1], a syntax for expressing semantics via directed graphs that's associated with a number serialization formats [2], and the product of a specific kind of directed graph [3] all conflated for reasons I'll never understand, especially as the incoherence resulting from these actions remains the biggest source of inertia afflicting all the aforementioned.
