Team,

Today we conducted a “storming and forming” sort of meeting, which was recorded. Following is a link to the recorded meeting:

In general, we reviewed the list of proposed initiatives and extensions and added a few ideas to the list.

I have the following TO-DO take-aways from the meeting:


1)       Transcribe the meeting as best as possible to get relevant points in text (and send them out).

2)       Establish a new wiki page, being sure to leverage former work done. Come up with short names and descriptions for all proposed initiatives and extensions. And then call for community members to provide feedback on their highest interests and/or what they are willing to participate in working on.

3)       Set up another vote for the best day/time to hold bi-weekly meetings (probably only 1 hour); leave the vote open long enough to get broad input. Team seems to think that the join.me conferencing tool we used worked fine enough for now.
