Updated examples as request/response in LDP spec

I've made a pass through the containers section [1] and added near full
HTTP requests and matching responses.  Feedback and checking for errors
welcome.  I also improved/fixed a few things in that section too (using
http://example.org/ontology# instead of http://example.org/ontology/, being
very clear on subjects of triples, ...)

I plan to update the Prefer section next.
