List of LDP test cases for approval

I have reviewed and marked all the test cases as "WG Approved" for the
initial batch of test cases for approval in the generated report [1].  From
the report you can see there are 56 test cases marked as "WG Approved".
 There are a total of 22 tests yet to be implemented (possible to automate,
just haven't gotten around top it).  The details of each test are within
the implementation of each test method [2].  For basic information on the
test suite see [3], all the information is stored in the source code.  It
is easy to add more test cases, it would be good to know if people feel
there are gaps.

As far as progress on implementations passing this, we have only tried
against 3 implementations.  I will let each one of the owners of those
implementations report on their progress.  For the reference implementation
I have worked on [4], we pass close to all LDP-R, LDP-RS, LDP-C, LDP-BC and
LDP-DC tests barring 3 PUT related bugs.  We don't support LDP-NR or LDP-IC
at the moment.
