LDP testsuite summary & reminder to send compliance results

The LDP testsuite [1] has all test cases completed except for those related
to IndirectContainers [2].

There has been 1 implementation (with 5 different container configurations)
that has supplied conformance report and successfully applied to report
[3].  Note awaiting Marmotta update, earl-report tool didn't like results.

IMPLEMENTORS:  Send in your reports!  I know a number of impls are cranking
on the test suite.  These automated tests are tricky to get right, so
looking for more feedback and intermediate results are quite helpful.
