LDP minutes for 14 July 2014

Hi,
the minutes for Monday's call are now available for review:

Thanks to Ashok for chairing, and SteveS for scribing and sending me his 
irc log so I could have complete minutes.
For future reference, someone needs to tell "trackbot: start meeting" to 
get things started properly. Trackbot then takes care of the rest.
