Primer

On Monday Nandana asked whether the document that was published in the TR 
space could be changed so that it directs people to sending comments to 
the public list instead of the WG list. Eric agreed to look into it.

However, we also need to fix the json-ld examples so, I wonder whether 
it's worth bothering with the above. We might as well publish a new 
version of the primer that fixes both the examples and the address for 
comments.

But it all depends on how long it will take to get a new draft with the 
json-ld fixed. Nandana, Roger, any idea on how long you need?
