Hi, implementing the Test Cases [1] in Marmotta I came up with a formal detail [2] that may need to be discussed in the WG: Currently the document Test Cases is licensed W3C Document License [3], which contains the following clause: "No right to create modifications or derivatives of W3C documents is granted pursuant to this license. However, if additional requirements (documented in the Copyright FAQ) are satisfied, the right to create modifications or derivatives is sometimes granted by the W3C to individuals complying with those requirements." In Marmotta we are caching the Test Cases data in Turtle, which I think could be considered a "modifications", at least that's what I understand from the FAQ [4]. Although this is not clear since those terms that apply to content do not apply so well for data. A quick workaround would be to cache the Test Cases data in live, but I'd prefer to actually address the issue. We have been discussing at ASF [5], and Andy points that "as a test suite, it would normally be dual licensed under W3C Test Suite license, which does not permit modifications and W3C 3-clause BSD License". Part of the conflict comes because in our cases the both data and document are the same. So it's something to check to avoid issues. Thanks in advance.
