LDP Minutes for March 15

Note: while the number of open issues hasn't significantly decreased 
overall it's only because we've opened almost as many issues as we've 
closed. Which is not to say we haven't made progress.
I think we've had a very productive meeting. People have come to 
understand each other better and I trust that we now have much stronger 
foundations to succesfully address the remaining issues.
