atomic operations of LDP

I prepared the attached slide. It is based around extracting from typical usage a set of 'atomic' operations, followed-up with how to realise these operations. To join this up with the discussion earlier, one result of this can be that when performed in a sequence these 'atomic' operations can provide PATCH-like functionality.
